Burn as "data" [bold] NO faster [/bold] than 8x. Some free burning software for you! BurnAtOnce:http://www.burnatonce.com/index.html CDBurner XP Pro:http://w1.737.telia.com/~u73702956/download.htm Shoey
I use nero to burn, I burn as data like you said Shoey but why no faster than 8x? I burn at 52x everytime and have no problems.
It is recommended to burn video at slower speeds simply because many dvd players can't read video burned at high speeds. The video playback sometimes can be "jerky" or one can experience a\v sync problems. This also applies to backups that can be played in home dvd players (VCD, SVCD). I've had this happen to me and I burn no faster than 8x and use high quality scratch resistant brand media cdr(w)'s. Shoey
