Burning BackUp Copy of Pioneer Avic N3 CNDV-60M

I am having trouble burning a back up of this DVD. I have a DL Burner and DL DVD+r's and tried using Nero and says it copied fine but when I put it in my nav system it says disk read error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need dash R not +.
