Yes, I have heard of the wiped gm fixer. Tried it an it opens up some kind of black dos box then closes. Maybe a compatability thing, but are there any other options besides this for a mis-sized game ?
It opened like that because you double clicked it. You have to open a command window and then manually navigate to the file. Or drag and drop the file onto the command window. Or you could take the easy way out like I did and get the Wiped gcm fixer GUI.
