    a local sams club, not sure which ones they are, havent really looked to see, but went through about 200 of them so far, and havent made a single coaster. had a couple bad ones, but was because of a BSOD, and power outage.

    I'd recommend a LiteOn or Pioneer.
    LiteOn's booktype - Pioneer don't unless there's patched firmware for the model.
    Both good burner imho.

    ImgBurn itself is far from hard to use and actually, a tutorial about the burning part of the process would be pointless. Here are the steps when you already have your .iso and .dvd file made.

    1- Open the program
    2- Go in the Mode option and take Write
    3- Click on the folder with the little + on it and find your .dvd file (That's the one you want to actually burn even if it's 1k in size)
    4- Make sure to burn at a low speed (Pref 2.4x)

    Enjoy =)

    I second that for a Lite On, hell I'm using a cheap on clearance at wal mart lite on external and only problem I had was using cheaper Ritek D01-01 dye (Memorex dvd+r dl) and all that was was a power calibration error (an easy way to bypass this if the error comes up is let it sit there with the error screen up for like 5 minutes or so, long enough to let the burner cool down click retry and works every time)

    Lite On + Singapore Verbatim's = Success

    I tried burning GTA IV on to Datawrite Titanium DVD+R DL. with a Pioneer D111. Tried ImgBurn and CloneCD (LayerBreak: 1913760). Burn At 2.4x and 4x. Doesnt give any errors but when i try to play it the game freezes on the title screen (Rock* Info). My Driver is a BenQ, weird thing is I have a copy on a Verbatium (Burnt on another system) same ISO and works perfectly.

    Has anyone got a complete read without any read errors the first time with xbc 2.8 or 2.5? At about 50% it gets a read error where I have to hit retry to continue. I don't know if this leads to bad burns or not.
