New to cd burning. Using Dell, Windows XP. Burning cd using Roxio disc copier. Both original cd and blank cd are stuck in the drives. Will not burn the cd; will not eject either. Now what do I do?
option A: shut down machine, restart it: should let you eject disks option B: office clip, inserted through the little hole in the front of the units, should make a manual ejection. Don't try this with the disk moving, if you can hear it best turn down the PC. good luck
