This my be a dumb question but, i want to burn the game *the sims".I have one cd-rw 40x drive is it possible to do this...and if so how.Keep in mind i'm i 16 year old with a little computer knowledge. Thanks
I'm a 16 year old too so there shouldnt be too much of a problem! First though, you just said you wanted to burn the game the sims, do you have a bin/cue or iso file, or do you have the game and want to copy it?
hi there, i have done the original sims from a long time back! its safedisc the old type (unless they updated it now?) it used to be the type with and .ICD file (the bad boy!) then... Use the program BLINDWRITE and choose - AUTHORISE THE USE OF ALTERNATIVE READ METHOD! and NIBBLE! burn using DAO-PW! and see what happens? One thing to note for compatibility in all cdroms tick the settings on the burning side called AUTOPLAY! it puts emulation in so it will play as long as blindwrite is installed to your computer! if you DO NOT burn with autoplay you can only use on some cdroms and NOT in cd-rw drives only cdroms/dvd !!!! Autoplay is no factor for The Sims as this is an early Safedisc 1.x version m8. I still like my "red" beer (hehe) for backing up Safedisc. Shoey
"red" beer ??? tehehehe what the f***?? Alcohol 120%?? lol thats as close to red beer as i can think however beer with that high impossible level of alcohol might be a bit dangerous ;-)
