Im trying to get some data off my hard drive, my regular system is down so I put my dvd burner in my firewire thing to burn like that. The system knows that its there, I put in a movie and it ploayed. But when I go into nero to burn, it doesnt see my drive. should I use a diff prog? do I have to tell nero to find it?
Hi, Have you tried reinstalling Nero? That might do the trick. What version of Nero are you running? If it's an older version you may as well update it
I had just installed nero. The version is 6.3 ultra I think. Its brand new. I tried another program, DVDXCopy, it couldnt find a burner either.
What model Recorder do you have? And what is the exact versoin of Nero that you are using? Regards, Craig
