burning downloaded dvd from the net

    Please Please can someone help me i brought a dvdr/rw for fifty pounds it came with nero software.I have brought two download from the internet packages,dvd squeeze,converter and shrink and i still am unable to burn a dvd can any one tell me how from start to finish as i am very stupid when it comes to computors thankyou emma
