I have a Concert DVD. I would like to burn just the audio from the DVD to my computer in MP3 format, so that I could play it on my Home/Car stereo. I am a beginner at all this. I have a DVD player in my computer. How do I record just the audio from the DVD to MP3 format on my computer? Thanks in advance for your help. Bill

Is there some software that I need to get? I have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 basic but I cannot find a function to record audio from a DVD to MP3 format? Any Ideas?

Try ripping the movie with SmartRipper or DVD Decrypter then converting those VOB files VCD using DVDx......after its in VCD(Mpeg) then use TMPGEncoder to De-Multiplex the Video and Audio....after you have split them use a audio converter like dBpowerAMP to convert the audio file to MP3

Ive never tried this so its theoretical .....it should work....leave questions if you have any
