    somebody help me keep getting this error..

    Holy mother....

    You need to cut off ALL other programs while burning.

    ALL OTHER PROGRAMS!!! You have no memory left!

    Firewall, antivirus, the whole enchilada. Then try again.

    Make sure you are using high quality media as well.

    Also, I have the exact same DVDRW as you. Your firmware is out of date. Update to 1.0C

    question about firmware if i update may firmware to a new version then i format may computer do the firmware version go back to the old 1??

    I do not believe so. You might want to format first though.

    Why do you want to format the HD?

    No it actually flash programs the eeprom in the burner.
