burning dvd on cd-rom with only cd-rom burner

    With witch program(s) can I burn dvd on cd-rom (one to one), ans where can I get it?
    Is it alsoo for free some where?

    You need to rip the movie from the DVD and convert it to VCD or SVCD.
    Read the FAQs in afterdawn's VCD forum. This is not the place for that.
