well i made the image on2 my hard drive successfully, but when i burn the image thru ImgBurn around 40% it started 2 burn slow like around 0.2x so i open up my task manager the program Disk Defragmenter was running so i tried 2 end the process but it kept re-opening itself... how do i disable it??? I still have a lot of free space on my Hard Drive & don't know the reason why it started defragmenting out of the blue
Hit the Start key, then select Run, and type MSCONFIG, hit ok. At the top Select Startup and try and find the defrager that was running, and check the check mark to disable it from running at startup. It is possible it may not be there, so select Services, and search for the name again, and turn the check mark off. This will disable it from running at startup. HTH, Rich
