Hi DMXI, Your download is in the wrong format, probably AVI. These downloads need converted to proper dvd format before burning. I don't know which Nero version you have but you can use Nero Vision Express to do the conversion and burn. Click the GUIDE tab at page top and you will find several ways to convert. Then click the SOFTWARE tab to download other programs that can do that also. Good luck.

I have to reply and ask a question on this thread.

I have Spongebob season1 for my son. Folder is 3.4 gigs big, 42 files.

How in the heck do you burn all these to fit on a DVD to work in a stand alone player?! The only way I see is to convert, but then it makes the files 5x there original size.

    I'd appreciate it.

You convert the files to proper dvd format. Then open those files in DVD Shrink which will compress them down to fit a blank dvd. Check the guides tab at page top. Lots of good information there.

AHH! So after converting them properly to a dvd file format, DVD shrink will make them fit?! Is this true?

I will be so stoked if I will know I can get more then 6 (pre converted) 100mb avi's to fit on a dvd.

    :D

Just watch how much you compress them. The more compression needed the less video quality you end up with. Use good quality blanks and keep the burn speed to 4x or less.
