Can you copy a copyrighted DVD using just Nero and DVD43?

    Any help is appreciated

Try DVD Shrink and DVD43 to rip and then Nero to burn.

And what are the best combination of programs you can use to copy protected DVD's?

Best = AnyDVD to remove copy protection, then Nero Recode2 or Shrink to pick features and size. Burn with Nero.

My preferred method is AnyDVD in conjunction with DVD Shrink and then burn with DVD Decrypter.

sometimes dvdshrink or dvddecrypter won't encode if there's a mean scratch on the disc (not always visible); u might even get a 'copy protection' or 'data redundancy' error. just use one of those scratch removal machines (normally found at video shops) & the disc'll work like new!

I usually just use AnyDVD and then burn it right away with CloneDVD2 works for me everytime
