If you have Nero Recode you can use it but you have to have a program like AnyDVD running also to break any copy protection.
AnyDVD is available from slysoft site for a free 21 day trial.

I am a born again newbie when it comes to burning and things sure do change fast. Been going through the old posts to gather information and came across this.
I currently have Nero 6.6.1.4 and am looking to copy movie DVD's as well as other things. Was told to also use AnyDvd along with Nero for buring Movie DVD's as I have found here...
I have yet to even attempt to burn one movie as I am reading through the forum and trying to make sure I have everything in order before I do so avoiding any problems that I can take care of before hand.
Any suggestions for this Newbie? Is my current version of Nero sufficient?

    Thank you for your time...

yes that should work if it doesnot then use nero with dvd shrink i've been using shrink and nero for about 3 months and they work flawlessly without any problems. good luck.

If you do not wish to pay out money you could use DVDFab decrypter to break the encryption while it puts the movie onto your HD then you can use nero recode to compress and burn.

    I appreciate everyones help...Thank you

Gwen, should I download and install both of the files you posted?
Am glad that you said something as I have read about a bug in one of the Nero versions, but was unsure which one it was.
