I believe your right it has to do with burning it in PAL instead of N T S C Im pretty much brand new to burning movies onto dvd or bd and if anybody is familiar with Power2Go by Cyberlink or has any basic info,starter tips or even a more simplified way or program feel free to pass on the knowledge, i would greatly appreciate it
