Following a reinstallation of Nero,DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter after buying a new computer I am having trouble burning the DVDs. None of these three programmes will burn a disc, all fail at the start of the burning process. I keep gettingthe message 'Calibration area full'. Can any one help or cast some light on the problem.

The Calibration area is the beginning portion of your blank DVD that your burner performs calibration checks in. This is so your burner can use the correct laser power during the burn. It writes a series of marks and then reads them back, adjusting the power until it has the level set correctly.
Have you tried a different brand of media?
