everytime i burn a dvd i select 1 or 2x and it burns at 6x no matter what. i use dvd decryptor or imgburn. i thought it was the dvds i was using but then i just tried a 1x-16x tdk disc that i know for a fact used to burn at 1x and it burned at 6x. is it a setting somewhere that i can change? guitar hero skips real bad if burnt fast so i really need to fix this. any help would be appreciated, thanks
What drive are you using? What media? most modern stuff won't go below 4X for DVD+/- R. The burning speeds are determined in the firmware of the drive.
