    Hi.

Okay, first off I just want to say sorry if anything like this has been posted before, I've searched and found very little and that that I did find didn't work.

So, I downloaded episodes of the wire, the are in avi format, so I used WinAvi to convert them to DVD. After this I'm totally stumped as to how to burn them onto DVD. I've tried burning them but they don't play on my DVD player but work on my computer. (I used nero 7 to burn it).

Grateful for any help anyone provides.

Thanks for taking a look. :)

Whe you say converted them to DVD - did you get a bunch of VOB files as the output?

Nope. I got 2 folders. Audio has nothing in it and Video has 5 files in -

VIDEO_TS (Says: Backup file of the IFO 6kb)
VTS_01_0 (Says: DVD Movie Info 14kb)
VIDEO_TS (Says: DVD Movie Info 6kb)
    VTS_01_1 (Says: DVD Movie 109,722kb)
VTS_01_0 (Says: Backup file of the IFO 14kb)

Also, I just checked when I play the 'DVD movie' (4th one down) I get a clip that's 4 minutes long when it's supposed to be 57 minutes. Something's gone wrong, but I don't know what. =[

Thanks in advance for your help. =]
