    HI,
I've burned a couple ISO files onto dvd+r and both do not play on my stand alone dvd player. I was just wondering if I had to create a VIDEO_TS file for the ISO before I burn it? (like VOB files) I'm stuck!

JJ...... you didn't mention what kind of media you burn to. here is a link to show you what media is good and what media is crap: http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm

burn with good media is more than half the battle! Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Sony, Maxell........ you can't go wrong.... you can get them in the stores or online: supermediastore.com, meritline.com...

check out his link for more answers to frequent questions: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/183136----check out the guides and also #12 Bitsetting/booktyping..... this will make your disks more acceptable to most DVD players! read about that and you can see if your drive can be booktyped to DVD-ROM so your recorded disk would be more acceptable to most DVD players! But like everything else..... if you start with crappy media then you can expect crappy results!~
