Burning japanese files with nero?

    Windows XP SP2
    Nero 6 Ultra edition

    Is there a way for nero to display and add files that have japanese names?

    The japanese filenames are displayed as blank folders as shown in this picture:

    Attempting to burn them will result in ISO/Joilet error... Please help, thanks in advance.
