Burning mds,mdf files in alcohol 120 for dreamcast

    I unpacked 1oo swords with winrar,and burnt it with alcohol 120 at 12X speed. But when i put it in the dreamcast it will not play. Any suggestions? I've burnt cdi files with no problem in alcohol 120. But these mds/mdf files are giving me problems. thx for any and all replys.

    you could try two things:

    1- Upgrade your media

    2- SLOW DOWN MAN!!!! you dont have to burn at X12!! try lowering to at least X4

    hey shagrug on the bottom of your dreamcast what is the manufacture date? if it is like past october 2000 then you cannot play burnt games. also make sure that the game is a self boot game b/c if it isnt then you will have to get a dreamcast boot cd. and yes, slow down your burning speed to like 4x. also make sure with alcohol you are opening the mds file not the mdf.
