    Ahoy there!

I am trying to find software which will allow me to burn a movie over more than one cd.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what is best to use for this.

I want to burn my movies to cd but the majority of them are over 700mb.

It depends on format what you have. If your videos are in MPEG-1 (.mpg normally), 700MB actually fits on one regular 74min/650MB CD when you burn them as VCDs, because VCD's structure is totally different than regular data-CD's.

But if you have MPEG-1 with size of, let's say, 1.3GB, you need to cut it. Use TMPGEnc to cut it in half and then burn the pieces to separate discs. Look at our DVD to VCD -guide at our article section for instructions and software links ( http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/ ).

If they're in AVI, you need to split the files using VirtualDub and then burn them to CD. Guide for this:
