what dvd media are you using? what format...? need more info~ also, when u use shrink & decrypter...do you use decrypter as the burning engine or nero? if you use nero, put up a nero log but remember to EDIT and REMOVE your serial number before posting...others can help sort out the problems you are having IF we know what we working with here...

What is the make and model of your burner and the current firmware? Go into Decrypter open the tools tab then drive and capabilities, post that screen if you can. What speed are you burning at, should keep it to 4x.

The format you are using is +R, Khypermedia is not exactly the best you would do better with Verbatim, Sony, Maxell, Fuji or Taiyo Yuden. Go into the section of Decrypter I stated above and find out the current version of your firmware and the model of your Samsung. Also, as stated are you burning at a slower speed this will give you less chance of errors. You say you have been using Xcopy is this the old 321 studios version?

Go back into Decrypter then tools, then drive then capabilities, this is what you see and post back what is needed.

Okay you have a Gateway computer and a Samsung burner running on OEM Gateway firmware which is their most up to date. I would go back to the media as the problem, and suggest you try something other than Khypermedia. If this does not work post back and we will try it again.
