I have some movies on my computer and I want to burn them onto DVD's so I can play them on a conventional DVD player in my house. I already made one dvd DL a coaster by trying to use mac disc utility to make an image. I have used DVD Imager to make an image and now I have two files, one is the name of the movie.img and the other is just the name of the movie (the icon looks like an HD). Which file should I burn onto the DVD? If I go to disk utility to burn the movie onto a DVD, I think I can choose either the file ending in .img or its subfile (the one with the HD as the image). I would like to avoid making another dvd a coaster and I would love it if I can make DVD's that I can play on a household DVD player. Thanks for your help.

    Best,
    Aaron

Nero does not really work for me because I have a Mac. The files were in video_ts, but i have made an image of them so I have a .img file, and a file that I can extract from that .img file. The logo on that looks like an HD. I think I need help from a mac expert. Thanks.
