burning mpeg with nero.HELP PLEASE

    ok i have a film that is 503 mb..i want to burn them to a video cd using nero 7,,when i try it says the movie is over 800mb..a cd can hold 700mb..and i cant burn because it says its 800mb+ and its only 503mb..can anyone help

    What format are your files in, 503mb of what?
