Your Nero is a couple of versions behind, go to Nero site and update to 6.6.1.4

Edit out your Nero serial number beginning with 1A22 XXXX XXXX XXXX

you need at least 512meg RAM to be able to burn successfully, suggest you add another 256meg. In the meantime close down all unneccessary progs including spyware and dont multitask

your burner doesnt like your media, try some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden

this needs to be on, go here for guide

Thanks for the advice. I had already planned on upgrading to 512 RAM so I'll do that this weekend. As for my media, I've burned movies on them and haven't had a problem and this was just last week so I don't think that's a problem.

I checked my DMA info and on my CD-ROM drive, it was in PIO mode so I uninstalled the driver, but that didn't fix it so I uninstalled the drive like the instructions you gave me said and it's still on DMA off and autorun on when I check Nero Info Kit. But that's only my cd-rom drive anyway and I don't use it much. My burner is fine -- DMA and autorun were always on.

Is there a way to convert mpegs-1 into VOB files? I think it's something about reauthoring. Is there an EASY program to use to do this?

I see the disc manufacturer is AML...I have never heard of them. Just because you have had no problems with this type of media in the past you cannot ignore the error that has been created, your burner does NOT like these discs anymore( or to be more precise, this PARTICULAR disc)

This error is detected right towards the end so I am pretty sure it's the problem.
This will NOT solve your problem.
