Could someone please step me through how to burn music to a CD.
I have NERO but can i also use windows media player. Also can I add some songs and then add more to the disk later. I have established that I can not burn with I-Tunes or I-River although I thought you would just be able to drag and drop!!!! Some step by step help would be very much appreciated. Also should I use CD-R or CD-RW what are the benefits to both. Thanks in advance.

CD-R means once you have written data to the disc you can't erase or add any more data.

CD-RW means you can add as much data and erase as much data as you like.

Use Nero to burn audio cd's. It's very simple to do. Just select Audio CD, add the files you want to go on to the disc and select burn.

Can I add more songs over time to a CD-R if it hasnt been finalised. And if so can I play a disk that hasnt been finalised.

A CD needs to be finalized in order to play it in a CD player.

Once a cd-r has been finalized you cannot add more data to it
