What I see from your log is the error happened only 14 seconds after beginning to write:
    1:43:29 Burn process started
    1:43:43 Write error
This may indicate that your recorder has problem trying to determine the optimum recording strategy (laser power, pulses waveform, etc.) for your particular media, when making trial burns on the power calibration area.
There was no other warning against what you were about to record (too much data, invalid filenames, etc.) so the failure would have happened also with other recording attempts other than burning an ISO image.
The stamper manufacturer for your media was detected as:
OSJ entry from: Prodisc Technology Inc.
In the days elapsed from your post, did you try e. g. changing blank media brand?.
    Best regards!
