This is the first time i have posted in the forum so apologies if I am in the wrong area. I have DVD X Copy - i have used this many times without any problems. Now i find that it will only read - when i insert disk to copy it immediately formats and finalises. I have read other posts that refers people with this problem to an upgrade - how can i access that? Would be glad to receive help. thank you
