I know how to burn them but i need to know what i can use like can i use cd -r's/+r's or do i have to use dvd -r's/+r's also whats the difference between -r's and +r's?
Umm wrong thread but to answer your question u will probably need DVD-R or DVD-RWs if u do not want to waste the Rs on bad burns....That goes without saying you always need a DVD unless u have a CD-RW combo drive in the system. Also if it is a big disk you can always try a DL disk but u must have a drive that can read it. Ohh and by the way there are differnt threads on here describing differneces of disks like you were wondering about.
I have a version 7 PS2 and it will read all types of media, DVD+-R/+-RW, same as CD. My experience is this, if you have an older version of PS2 from 7 or prior, use DVD-R. If it's version 7 or later, use DVD+R. If a game is small enough, then you can burn it on to a CD-R (Contra, Marvel Vs. Capcom, etc..).
