not quite sure if its the right forum. but here we go.... i have some dvds of mine that i would like to make a backup copy of. what software can i use that will make a backup and it be everything (menus, subtitles, extras, etc.) and, what burning program can i use to then burn the copied dvd? thanks
Rip the disk with DVDFab HD Decrypter ('Full Disk') and save it to a folder on the hard drive. Open the files with DVD Shrink ('Open Files'), locate the 'VIDEO_TS' folder. Click 'Backup' and from the drop down menu choose the backup target as a new hard disk folder. DVD Shrink processes the files so that they fit on a standard blank DVD. Load the files in 'IMGBurn' and set the burning speed at a moderate 4x. Burn on reliable media (like 'Verbatim' brand DVD media) When you are satisfied that you have a good copy that works on the PC and a standalone player, delete those folder on the hard drive that contain the files. They eat up space. http://www.dvdfab.com/free.htm http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_shrink.cfm http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/burn_dvd_folder_imgburn.cfm
i did a little huntin and i found DVDneXtCCopy and i tried that..i got a video_ts folder and added it into the projects, but it wouldn't let me...so i deleted the project. and now the actual video_ts folder is gone...
Magic DVD Copier is definitely the best. You can download it from here. Just browse down the page and you will find it.
