ok, this burning time is ridiculously long, but could it be because I'm putting like close to 4 gigs worth of video files on one DVD, and it does this for all kinda of video files, is it supposed to be like that?

You are missing the top part of the log and can't see what firmware you have.
One thing for sure though, you don't have enough memory, 512Mb would be considered minimum . 126Mb is almost all used up by your OS:

Yes, as garmoon said, it is amazing you got a burn process sucessful with that small amount of memory. Thats probably also part of the reason why this thing is taking so long, as info/data has to wait in line to be processed. It does it, but sloooooooooooooly. Upgrade to 512mb if possible, or learn to not let the time to finish burn bother you as it seems to be working.
Also TDK media gives many ppl problems,
Try some Verbatim, or Taiyo Yuden media. And if we had the first part of the log, we could have told you if your firmware was up to date or not for that plextor. A burn log lists many burns, but the last one in the log is the most important to us, and you just missed getting the whole thing. There are some important things in the top part of a history log.
    Look for this:
and post it along with everything else, while editing out your serial numbers. Missing parts of logs can hide things/problems.
