I'm new at this down loading and burning thing. My problem is I down load a movie and it opens with windows media player, how can I burn them so they can play on my regular DVD not the computer? I'm getting the movies from BT Junkie, any suggestions??

Most likely the files dl'd are avi and need to be converted to dvd.

Use DVD Flick, free here at AD

From my understanding it will take about the length of the movie to convert it over. 30 min for 30 min.

    Have you tried Xilosoft?

Yes it's going to take some time to convert. Just set it and walk away and do something else. When you return you should have files ready for burning.

Thats really the best advice. Start the conversion and walk away and wait.

And in your comparision DVD Flick or Xilosoft seems to do a better job for you?
