burning videos to video cd with a normal cd writer

    is there any easy programmes that will let me burn a downloaded video into video cd on a cd writer.my dvd player has video cd mode.i also have an old phillips video cd player. can anyone help please?

    I'm asuming the video you have downloaded is already in a vcd compatible format such as mpeg. if so most burning software around nowadays has a vcd burning wizard. Try nero or b's recorder gold for examples. just have a look around, theres plenty out there.

    once it is in vcd format use roxio burning software,i found its the easiest one to use
