Burning Win 7 and Win XP

    what is the right write speed for win 7 and win xp?
    win 7 is DVD and win xp is CD.

    xp 24x is probably best

    7.. I wouldn't bother with that heap of spyware and drm riddled crap. It's probably full of media checks and validation junk.. http://en.windows7sins.org/
