burning xbox games

    i have a moded xbox and a cross over cable. now i put one end of the cable in the xbox and the other end in my router. but then when i go to type in (fttp://xbox:xbox@) with my ip adress it does not work

    you dont need a crossover cable if your using a router you need a normal cat5 cable....
    a cross-over cable is only for 2 like machines PC-PC PC-Xbox(because the xbox is moreless a pc) or Xbox-Xbox....
