burnt music cds that will now not play

    i have a lot of cds i burnt 3 to 4 years ago , i want to put the trakes back on the computer , but i am finding that thay will not play or open up , is there a program i can use to open these cd . thankes bri

    Try isobuster and see if that will do it.

    hmmmm i have tried this one - think it has a free trial:
    http://www.diskinternals.com/cd-dvd-recovery/

    See if that does it.

    If you have another drive try that one if yiu haven't already.
    Firmware up to date on the drive? May not be an issue but best to keep it up to date.

    The cd's may be just be to far gone.
