Im planing to buy a new monitor
    LG Flatron ez T910BU 19"
It has high res 1600x1200 at 75Hz. but at lower res 1280x1024 at 85Hz, My question is for gaming whats the minimum amount of Hz. And is 85 and 75 good enought. My second questions is this monitor anygood i cant really find reviews anywhere

Those are good refresh rates, considering the very high resolutions.
That monitor will probably do 100Hz at 1024x768 - very good numbers.
The framerate is limited to refresh rate when gaming with VSynch enabled, but most people disable VSynch (for benchmarking purposes) so the refresh rate doesn't really matter from that point of view...
I run 1024x768x85Hz and keep VSynch enabled for quality. 85fps is good framerate for gaming for me (Radeon 9600XT 256MB).

    75 - 85 hz is decent enough.
lower than that and you will have a serious headache after a few hours of gaming!
