Buying a New PC---- DVI or HDMI

    Hey all,
    I've got a sony TV with an HDMI input. Looking to purchase a desktop to use as a media center.. Is an HDMI output a better choice than a DVI? It seems a lot of guys are having problems with the DVI to HDMI setup..

    Get one with a HDMI output as DVI cannot carry audio.
    Less cables, the better.
