    Hey all,

Im gonna be going to uni in september and Ive been looking to upgrade my pc a bit. All im thinkin is the speed as I already have a gig ram and I play my games mainly on the ps2 anyway so Im gonna wait a bit longer for a new gfx card, probly until ATi's version of SLi comes out. anyway.

I was looking at the AMD 64 3700+ San Diego Core which I found for about £230. Im willing to spend another £70 (I can go a bit over though) for the new mobo, which is where I need help as I dont know too much about them.

    Anyone got any recomendations?

It would needs to have Lan connection, 6 Channel Audio, SPID-F and AMD Cool n Quiet ideally.

    Thanks,

Asus do a good line, I am in the UK and use Overclockers.co.uk for parts, as well as E-Buyer.

I was looking at overclockers site as well, they got quite good prices. I use ebay as well to snap up good deals.

My inital thoughts were to Asus or Gigabyte mobo, was hoping someone could give some feedback with a similar set up.
