Ebay. I am from Aus aswell and I got my mini supercard for $70 au off ebay and a 1gig mini sd for just $40 au. Also you can check out some american sites and ask them if they can post to Australia, like realhotstuff.com they have pretty low prices once crossed over to au dollars. Hope this helps in some way.
