hi my laptops C: says its full when i have deleted aboot atleased 20g plus off it.The D: is working fine C: D: are ntfs i was thinking off backing up drivers and stuff formatting it as fat32 as i usually have it at and install windows again. My friend installed windows and stuff on it and made it ntfs. IS the hdd broke or could it be a virus or something??

just because you delete it does not mean its gone did you remove it from the recycle bin? if so do a disk cleanup and a disk defrag and see if that helps.

    Run a disk cleanup.
Also, do not reformat the drive into FAT32. NTFS is what it should be.

Most pen drives are FAT16, the bigger ones are FAT32.
