Hi All, Can anybody let me know if they have received goods from Cable and Sat lately? I previously ordered The Box super on 2 occasions and received the goods the following day in Ireland. It was a fantastic service. I recently however have ordered another 4 x units and all that have received nothing. I have tried e-mailing without reply. When I check order history they say my orderrs are pending? Thanks Ken
I've had the same problem myself ken. I previously had 2 large orders delivered sucessfully, then I put in another order about 2 months ago and it never arrived (I hadn't paid for it, it was UPS cash on delivery). This order is still showing up as pending on my account, I emailed them numerous times but have never received a reply.
Hi Capclint, I did the exact same. COD without a problem. As I said it was a great service. Seems weird that you experienced the exact same problem. Is there anybody else out there who can throw lite on this?? Regards Ken
