hi i would very much like to be able to up date my boxes myself i have never done it before .so i have a starview 1 and a eurovox ex1000 can i use the same cable for both and where can i get them im in dublin.thank you great work all you guys that give out good advice all the time and have great patience.

even there is no point to update them at the moment

 

Actually the boxes in Ireland haven't been affected by this latest roll out in England, so if she hasn't got the latest firmware on her boxes, yes she should update them.
