There was a guide entitled "How to copy a DVD9 to DVD5 with menu & extras using DVD2One" with the following tools:

    DVD Decrypter
    Ifo Edit
    DVD2One
    Make-It-Easy or IFO Update
    RecordNow MAX or Nero

Now, inside this guide, alx had a calculator hosted by snakedjip that could determine the size you needed to fit the .VOB files from the DVD9 to DVD5.

Where can I find that calculator?
(I have been searching frantically to no avail)
    Appreciate all your help.

I know what guide you are talking about. It was an HTML page with a calculator on it. pm and I can send you the link when I get home, Im at work right now.

Another option is use DVD2ONE v1.2 on Full Disk mode and viola, a lot less steps and alot easier.

I'm very sorry if this question was asked before, carlitob, but as I said I searched long and hard through the forum but just couldn't find it.
In any case I am very thankful for your post and I'm anxiously awaiting the link.

carlitob, you are a god among men! I don't know what else to say. I am deeply grateful. I hope I can be of help to you some day.

(By the way, is there any way I could download the program to store on my harddrive?)

    Thanks a lot!
