Is there anywhere I can get a book or directions for "dummies" on how to download movies from the internet and burn them using my DVDRW?? I need something that is written so that even the person who lacks any kind of knowledge can follow it.
    Thanks!_X_X_X_X_X_[small](¨`·.·´¨) (¨`·.·´¨)

Instead of DVD-R Newbies. Might want to also try the section " File-Sharing Applications "

Being the whole, illegal thing, I really don't reckon that there's a dummies guide. Where are you downloading the movies from? If it's KaZaA, I can help, otherwise, sorry.

Yes I am using Kazaa... I have no problem downloading the movie itself and I have all the codecs that I could possibly find but this TMPGEnc thing confuses me.. along with all the other programs out there.

Ok, first, you need to go the the 'video' file at the left-hand side. Right click on the movie, asnd choose, 'locate file'. Then, open your software that you use for burning. Drag the located file in the VIDEO_TS folder, and burn (if you're using Nero).

Now you will understand why I need directions for a dummie... I am lost here... I opened Nero and chose Video CD... then my shared file opened with my movies that I have downloaded into it. When I right click on the movie I dont get any option to "locate file" and what folder are you talking about when you say the "Video_TS folder"?
Does it make a difference if my movie is saved as "Bridget Jones's Diary(DVD-Rip - DivX).avi"??

I forgot to say that under the audio information in properties the audio is listed as MPEG LAYER-3
