Call of Duty 4 new maps are up now

    They are on LIVE now if anyone's been waiting. It's 800 points and there are 4 maps.

    Creek
    Broadcast
    Killhouse
    Chinatown

    thanks buddy, was wondering about these!! Xbox Live points is down now, my code wouldn't work, so I called MS and said it would be a few hours.

    to bad they dont make these maps free, i might actually get them then, i just dont see the point paying for them when in a month they will be free just like the halo 3 map pack did.

    I downloaded them this morning and have yet to play online with any of them. Not enough people have them yet I guess.

    nah, dont want to, im graduating in 30 some odd days and kinda need the cash now. plus i dont play COD4 that much, mainly halo since thats what everyone in my house has, and some RB6-2.

    i been playin with them since 3:00pm est. ... took me a half hour to figure out they added "Value Pack" options in the Select MAtch screen ... was sittin there for a half hour entering and leavin Team Death Matches :smh:

    u sure u selected the right "Value Pack"?

    Ya, I think I was having a LIVE issue for a little while. I left the game, went to my market place tab and checked if there were any new demos out, and LIVE kept telling me that info wasn't available. And it did it for movies, downloads.

    But I was able to get on a little later.

    Playing the variety packs gets you double xp this weekend.

    yeah COD4 needs new/more maps. Finally it's here. I have a feeling the reason they only included like 5 maps with retail version was because they want you to shell out more money for maps.

    Its funny, I played for about an hour with these yesterday and Killhouse never came up. I played the other 3 about 5 times each though. I really like Creek and Broadcast. Chinatown is just like all of the other outdoor boards with windows to hide in.

    Actually, there's 16 different maps. Now with the new maps there's 20.

    Is that for LIVE? i only play splitscreen and only has a few maps.

    does any1 know what mode you have to be playing e.g. free for all? cos thats the game i mostly play,
    cos free for all won't let me play on shipment so hopefully the others will :)

    Nine of the original sixteen are available for split screen. Thirteen if you add the four new ones.

    right now they have the new maps available for everything except free for all and hardcore i believe, but they are supposedly going to add them to all the playlists soon.
