Calls Not Allowed ?

Hi All,

I've just bought a V600 from ebay & although everything seems to work ok with my sim I cannot dial out - just get a "call not allowed" message.
Also get an unobtainable tone when dialling in.
The sim works OK in my other phone.

Have I been sold a banned V600?

Any Suggestions?

You may have to call your provider and give them the serial number of your new phone.
