Camcorder LCD not working properly

    hi

    I have a sony DCR-SR72E camcorder and the LCD is gone funny now :( the colour is gone yellowish instead of white. so the colours that are supposed to be white are gone kinda yellow :( .

    what could have gone wrong? can it be fixed?

    If your owner manuals says nothing about this, which it probably the case, contact Sony, and ask them.

    Is the actual video affected, when you dump it to your PC?

    no actual video is fine when i connect it to TV is fine but the LCD itself is not working properly, yallowish colour

    Contact Sony. There has been trouble with the Sony LCD, in some models.

    I have the Sony DCR-HC96, and thankfully, I haven't had any problems yet.

    But, I don't use the LCD outside, where I take most of my videos.
